Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a product-based client in Pune, working on a permanent basis. As an immediate joiner, you will be required to have a notice period of 0-30 days.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Payroll & Absence, Benefit management, and experience in implementing Oracle HCM with at least one full life cycle implementation.

">

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, along with 5+ years of experience in Technology development/engineering.

">

Responsibilities will include configuring and implementing Oracle HCM cloud tools, such as HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, and Approval workflow development.

">

Working model will be Hybrid (3 days from office), and shift time will be 2PM to 11PM. Location will be Hinjewadi phase 2, Pune.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field">
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology development/engineering">
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM with at least one (1) full life cycle implementation">
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working in HR Technology modules of Benefits/Absence Management/Payroll">
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools such as HCM Fast Formula,HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, Approval workflow development">
  • Three (3) years experience working in a complex ERP system environment having integrations to many upstream/downstream systems (real-time and batch)">
