Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Expert
  • This role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, features, and configuration options.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices, particularly in the context of global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead solution design workshops and gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed architecture and technical documentation.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, features, and configuration options.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
