Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

Oracle is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across key HR modules. This critical role requires a unique blend of deep functional expertise with hands-on technical skills, along with effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud for full lifecycle implementations.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions across major HR modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll, Timekeeping.
  • Utilize advanced HCM Cloud tools such as Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflows.
  • Design and implement seamless integrations between HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Participate in all phases of software development life cycle using Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans; troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and full lifecycle implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Cloud tools and technologies.
  • Functional expertise in major HR modules.
  • Integration design and implementation skills.
  • Testing and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in project estimation and planning.
