Oracle HCM Functional Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Specialist to join our team. As an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, you will work with clients to understand business processes and provide recommendations on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consulting: Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for HCM-related processes.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document client requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  3. Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Benefits.
  4. System Design and Solutioning: Design and document the functional specifications for Oracle HCM Cloud, mapping business processes to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, and support clients during system testing.
  6. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to client teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and features.
  7. Support and Issue Resolution: Offer ongoing support post-implementation, addressing issues and troubleshooting problems.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Expertise in Oracle PPM modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools.
Preferred Skill Sets:
  • Expertise in Oracle PPM modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.
