Job Overview:

We are seeking an expert-level professional to join our team as a Cloud HCM Functional Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support for Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation, customization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Estimate work for various projects, including vanilla implementations, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Develop and present proposals for new projects and respond to RFPs.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Coordinate with Oracle SMEs to provide industry-leading solutions to clients.
  • Deliver out-of-the-box solutions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in functional areas, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud.
  • Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
