Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Time & Absence Functional Consultant to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is critical in leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Clouds Time & Absence modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring robust configurations aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Time & Absence modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Time & Absence processes.

- Configure Time Cards, Absence Types, Time Entry Rules, Approval Workflows, and Work Schedules.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational needs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

- Integrate Oracle Time & Absence with other HCM modules and third-party systems.

- Conduct and support testing phases Unit, SIT, and UAT.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and functionality.

- Develop user training materials and deliver sessions for HR and end-users.

- Stay current with Oracle updates and industry best practices.

- Support change management and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence module.

- Strong expertise in functional configuration, implementation, and support.

- Deep understanding of business processes and compliance in Time & Attendance.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud upgrades, patch cycles, and release impacts.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs is a strong plus.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Time & Absence is preferred.
