We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll and absence management, with a proven track record of implementing successful projects.

This is a permanent opportunity for an immediate joiner who can commit to a 30-day notice period. The working model is hybrid, with three days spent in the office per week. The location is Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in technology development or engineering, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They will also have minimum three years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM, as well as working in HR Technology modules such as Benefits/Absence Management/Payroll.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools such as HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, and Approval workflow development. They will also have experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
  • Five years of experience in technology development/engineering
  • Minimum three years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM
  • Minimum three years of experience working in HR Technology modules of Benefits/Absence Management/Payroll
  • Minimum three years experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools
  • Minimum three years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC)
