Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals, providing them with tailored solutions to enhance their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management

  • Identify and acquire new customers who meet specific criteria
  • Regularly interact with customers to build rapport and understand their needs
  • Enhance the overall value of the portfolio by offering relevant products and services

2. Sales and Marketing

  • Cross-sell bank products to existing customers
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints
  • Provide proactive support to customers through various communication channels

4. Operations and Processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

5. Education and Certification

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Possess relevant certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, or NCFM

6. Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent sales and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

7. Experience

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
