Job Title: Financial Relationship Manager
Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for building strong relationships and navigating complex financial deals? Do you have a proven track record of identifying high-value opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships?
We are seeking an experienced Financial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and companies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP (Loan Against Property) market through existing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) and Connector networks.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and financial needs.
- Strategic Recommendations: Analyze clients' data and provide tailored strategic recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Effectively communicate value propositions to sales leads and current customers, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of client relationship experience in LAP/TASC/Mortgage space.
- Ability to understand financials and customer books.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working with high net-worth individuals, trustees, and companies.
