Job Title

Role: Client Relationship Manager

This is a strategic business role that involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of client-facing experience and a passion for building long-term connections.

The selected individual will work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements, conducting research and leveraging expertise from practice teams to provide tailored solutions.

- Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base through regular communication and identification of opportunities to enhance engagement.
  • Support clients throughout the pitch/RFI/RFP/RFQ process, including coordinating with teams across the firm and assisting with drafting, follow-ups, and post-RFP debriefs and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to prepare partners and other client-facing teams for pitch presentations and client meetings.
  • Identify and track in-person client interaction opportunities and plan events to foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, enabling business teams to develop and sustain regular engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of live opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy in maintaining the existing and potential clients database.
  • Identify and implement external profile-raising opportunities that benefit Fragomen's reputation and business growth.
  • Manage memberships and subscriptions database, tracking renewals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and collaborate with other Fragomen offices to maximize business potential.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry, client, and competitor news and information through ongoing market research and analysis.
    • Explore opportunities for EB5/investor visas/golden visas in the India market, identifying key players and trends.
  • Client Interfacing and Solution Development:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements, conducting research and leveraging expertise from practice teams to provide tailored solutions.
    • Develop customized documents, such as proposals and strategy documents, to support the sales process and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across the region to identify and promote opportunities for collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Event Management and Coordination:
    • Plan and coordinate Fragomen's participation in industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build relationships.

Requirements:
