
Customer Relations Specialist

As a key player in our customer relations strategy, we seek an experienced professional to deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
We're looking for someone who excels at handling client interactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, providing timely responses to their inquiries, and identifying opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
They will work closely with our marketing, sales, logistics, and product development teams to optimise the customer journey and contribute to successful retention initiatives. Our team member will also regularly monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management, along with 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. A proven track record of developing effective customer relations strategies is essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
Additionally, our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and CRM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Provide timely, efficient, and satisfactory responses to client inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and share feedback with relevant teams.
- Analyse customer data to gain insights and leverage this information to improve customer relationship management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics, and product development) to optimise the customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of developing effective customer relations strategies.
