Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this position include initiating outbound calls to customers for various purposes such as scheduling and confirming service appointments, following up on previous service calls or inquiries, promoting and explaining membership plans and special offers, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurately recording and updating customer information, call dispositions, and service details in CRM platforms, adhering to call scripts and company guidelines, maintaining high product and service knowledge, and meeting daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, appointments scheduled, or membership enrollments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and confirming service appointments.
  • Following up on previous service calls or inquiries.
  • Promoting and explaining membership plans and special offers.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
