Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Specialist, located in the Mohali district. The International Specialist will manage and oversee international shipments, coordinate with different departments, ensure compliance with international regulations, manage customer relations, and handle financial aspects related to international logistics. Daily tasks will also involve solving logistical challenges, maintaining shipment records, and optimizing transport solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to solve logistical challenges and optimize routes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for liaising with clients and vendors
  • Experience in Finance to manage budgets and financial transactions related to international shipping
  • Proven Sales skills to develop new market opportunities and maintain client relations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in international logistics or a related field is a plus
