Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee project delivery and coordinate activities within our organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the Technical Project Manager in ensuring smooth project execution, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to track activities, timelines, and coordination
- Assist in setting up and improving project administration functions
- Maintain and support project governance, processes, tools, and documentation
- Train and assist teams in adopting project tools and practices
- Coordinate reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery
- Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Experience supporting customer implementation projects
- Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline
- Process improvement and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Resourceful – demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure and shift priorities as needed
- Able to multi-task, work independently, and pay close attention to detail
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
