We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the day-to-day software delivery operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful completion of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Development Teams to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards of products.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Customer Services to align customer requirements with our quality standards.
  • Participate in RND meetings with clients and understand business requirements.
  • Manage daily scrum calls, resolve impediments, and ensure overall quality and timeline is met.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with .Net and RDMS technical skills.
  • Experience in DevOps Environment and automation skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics.
