Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our digital, web-tech delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of project management principles and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • About the Role:

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of projects from scope definition to final delivery. This includes planning, execution, quality assurance, and team leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive project ownership and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams, including design, tech, media, content, and QA, to deliver high-quality work.
  3. Act as the key liaison for client communication and manage expectations.
  4. Oversee development and maintenance of brand websites to ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  5. Lead agile ceremonies and sprint tracking using tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  6. Proactively pitch improvements, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot issues with agility and ownership.
  7. Track KPIs, prepare monthly project/website performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong grasp of web technologies (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Magento, AEM, custom CMS).
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, QA workflows, and CMS rollouts.
  • Strong design sensitivity and understanding of user behavior, UX, and journeys.
  • An analytical mindset with ability to leverage Google Analytics, SEO insights, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools – Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead large teams (10–25+ members), resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
