Job Title

Head of Delivery – Digital

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as the delivery head in the digital business unit.

This individual will be responsible for driving innovation, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management:

    Owning and managing the delivery of a digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective;

    Responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a portfolio ranging between $50-100 million.

  • Team Management:

    Empowering delivery managers, program, and project managers; ensuring account/program/project risks and issues are addressed effectively.

  • Business Management:

    Monitoring projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.

  • Growth Mindset:

    Driving the growth of the portfolio and responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
