We're on a mission to revolutionize our organization and need an enterprising Digital Transformation Specialist to join us. This exciting role demands a curious individual who is passionate about exploring new technologies, AI, automation, and digital content creation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and Recommend Emerging Technologies: Explore and suggest practical applications for cutting-edge technologies like AI, RPA, BPA, and digital tools across various departments.
  • Implement New Systems: Support the rollout of innovative systems, including pilot testing, user feedback, and support.
  • Create Engaging Digital Content: Develop captivating digital training materials such as short videos, tutorials, and guides for our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document Solutions: Document solutions and share knowledge to facilitate staff adoption of new tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with IT: Partner with IT to troubleshoot and provide technical support when needed, serving as a bridge between teams.
  • Optimize Digital Tools: Monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Develop Critical Skills: Collaborate with HR and the training team to identify essential digital skills and develop relevant training resources.
  • Contribute to Transformation Projects: Contribute to technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience with AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent).
  • Digital content creation skills: ability to create engaging training videos, tutorials, and learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and urgency to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses to determine value additions within the organization.
  • Quick learner.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English, capable of explaining technical concepts simply and clearly, as well as training users with excellent listening skills.
  • Sound administrative skills, able to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses with a good memory of what has been explored, communicated, and decided upon.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
