Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables, aligning with customer expectations and business value.
  • Develop and maintain PMO artifacts, including project plans and JIRA boards, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Identify and manage risks, facilitate problem resolution, and communicate issues effectively.
  • Provide regular project status reports and debriefs to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Offer go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches.
  • Experience in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to provide project updates to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflicts, and handle competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
