Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms and related works while ensuring adherence to launch plans. He or she will lead a team at Khazana and work closely with senior management and site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to obtain design, materials, QS reports on material quantity and related costs approvals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with approved parameters.
  • Oversee both civil and interior-related projects across offices/branches and showrooms for renovation or new construction.
  • Plan and execute projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Architects to develop store layouts and work with senior management to finalize designs.
  • Assign manpower allocation to all sites for construction.
  • Review progress regularly with the team.
  • Achieve best-practices and processes to ensure interior works are executed to perfection.
  • Support PMO to track and update progress of new store launches.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • Skills Required: Excellent project management skills, coordination and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
