Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery.

About the Role:

  • Define and implement IT project governance frameworks in line with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and performance of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones.
  • Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and project status updates for senior stakeholders.

You Will Have:

  • Expertise in IT project planning, execution, monitoring, controls, and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of RBI guidelines, NBFC IT regulations, and security policies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, and proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
