Project Manager Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering and project execution teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring
  • Monthly progress reporting to senior management
  • Process improvements, SOPs/Checklists, policies, and resource optimization
  • Design and engineering support for distributed projects
  • Validating designs, identifying constraints, bottlenecks, and providing corrective actions
  • Prioritizing projects and allocating resources effectively
  • Client and vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination
  • Providing technical and safety training to the team
  • Maintaining proper documentation of all projects
  • Adhering to industry standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18-22 years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Good understanding of engineering and project execution principles
