  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and manage delivery on time and within budget.
  • Employ agile/scrum methodologies while operating within the organization's SDLC framework.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in project management of complex IT projects.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe Disciplined Agile etc.).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Background in Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience managing an IT portfolio or PMO.
  • Prior team leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing external vendors and contract staff.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals define schedules allocate resources and implement processes.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to teams.
  • Experience in software product development life cycles is mandatory.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services domain is required.
