The role of Project Portfolio Management Specialist plays a vital part in the organization's success by working closely with senior leaders to assess project portfolio performance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement data collection strategies, ensuring accurate and timely data gathering.
- Transforms data into actionable insights, presenting it to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains project tracking reports, providing regular analysis and updates to stakeholders.
- Sets up and configures projects within reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
- Provides critical support to these systems, including coverage during absences and resolving technical issues.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates large-scale data uploads into Jira, streamlining project management processes.
- Supports and enhances functionality across Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner.
- Runs scheduled reports, distributing valuable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensures project teams maintain accurate delivery data, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven expertise in using Jira and Tempo.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating complex ideas and collaborating on solutions.
