The role of Project Portfolio Management Specialist plays a vital part in the organization's success by working closely with senior leaders to assess project portfolio performance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement data collection strategies, ensuring accurate and timely data gathering.
  • Transforms data into actionable insights, presenting it to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains project tracking reports, providing regular analysis and updates to stakeholders.
  • Sets up and configures projects within reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Provides critical support to these systems, including coverage during absences and resolving technical issues.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates large-scale data uploads into Jira, streamlining project management processes.
  • Supports and enhances functionality across Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner.
  • Runs scheduled reports, distributing valuable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensures project teams maintain accurate delivery data, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in using Jira and Tempo.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating complex ideas and collaborating on solutions.
