Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead portfolio process configuration, cost control, forecasting and EVM integrations with upstream systems such as SAP, SFDCEdw, and build standardized reporting analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management principles, including portfolio planning, project execution, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities include configuring portfolios, projects, and contracts modules, designing cost classes, coding structures, WBS timesheet budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates. Establishing baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations variance analysis dashboards, implementing standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, the consultant will orchestrate integrations between Eco Sys and ERP, enabling single source reporting. Building portfolio and project dashboards KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to reporting cadences is another critical task.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate governance into Eco Sys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPsRunbooks and conduct user training. Engaging program leads finance controllers PMs and data teams managing change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years in PPM Project Controls 3 years hands on EcoSys configuration and admin
  • Strong cost management budgeting forecasting and EVM knowledge monthly close processes
  • Proven integration experience with SAPSFDCEdw Snowflake IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings
  • Reporting skills EcoSys native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution
  • Solid SQL data modelling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe
