We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the management of debtors and non-performing assets (NPAs) within their assigned area or region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of committed collection professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality customer service throughout the collection process.
Responsibilities:

- Debtor Management: Effectively manage debtors and NPAs within your assigned area or region through proactive strategies and timely interventions.
- Customer Service: Ensure that your team provides exceptional service to customers during the collection process, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Portfolio Performance: Focus on enhancing overall portfolio performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with a strong background in financial services or credit management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio and team performance improvement, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.

Qualifications:
