**Job Title:** Senior Portfolio Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Wealth Management team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, offering end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

This is an individual role that requires strong personal relationships, deep product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client relationships while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor: Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  3. Portfolio Reviews: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  1. Investment Advisory: Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
  2. Wealth Planning: Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  3. Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  1. Business Growth: Achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  2. Cross-Selling: Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the NBFC's wealth management and third-party product suite.
  3. Relationship Expansion: Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.
  1. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  2. Client-Centric Approach: Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  3. Risk Management: Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputed firm.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
