Account Leadership and Large-Scale Delivery

Role: Manage a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, manage a team, ensure timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of professionals focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space.

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a large-scale portfolio and lead a team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and proven experience in delivering complex projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of multiple projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for leading sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
  • Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and ensure alignment.
Consulting:
  • Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and support digital transformation.
Financial Management:
  • Manage a significant portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 18+ years of experience in IT services or Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
