Operations Manager - Technical Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with exceptional technical expertise to oversee vessel management and operations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain regular communication with Line Manager on vessel performance and incidents.
  • Develop and implement strategies for daily technical operations of assigned vessels, including specification development, tender evaluation, and supervision.
  • Implement and promote company's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality policies onboard.
  • Plan and execute dry-docking, major repairs, mobilizations, and refits at regular intervals, ensuring optimal vessel performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Candidate with rank sailing experience as Chief Engineer.
  • Candidates from any type of vessel background will be considered.
