Requirements

- Expertise in marine engineering, including knowledge of vessel operations.
- Background in sailing, including experience as a Chief Engineer on tankers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in marine engineering or a related field preferred.
- Experience with tanker and gas vessels a plus.
