Project Monitoring Specialist - Real Estate

Job Purpose:

Our organization is seeking a skilled project monitoring specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate, timely tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. This enables informed decision-making and effective management of investments, thereby supporting the company's objective of delivering successful projects on schedule and within agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Validate project information accuracy through regular site visits and provide reliable updates to internal teams.
Data Management and Documentation
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents.
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the preparation of investment reports and due diligence documentation as required.
Coordination and Communication
  • Engage with Project Management Consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather accurate project information.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Facilitate clear communication to identify and escalate potential issues, risks, and delays.
Risk and Compliance Monitoring
  • Identify project-related risks and flag any deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to mitigation action tracking.
Learning and Development
  • Enhance knowledge of internal processes, project monitoring methodologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines across the portfolio.
  • Seek feedback to improve project monitoring tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech-Civil engineering

Preferred Qualifications: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS

Work Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Real estate construction experience is preferred.
