Lead AI and Technology Projects

This is a challenging role for an experienced Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-stakes AI/ML product and platform initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product leads to ensure project milestones are met with speed, precision, and agility.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Drive the delivery of AI/tech product development and implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Actionable Plans: Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to align timelines, expectations, and scope, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Lead agile ceremonies such as sprints, standups, and retrospectives, and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming to maintain project momentum.
  • Project KPIs: Track project key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery that meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Roadblock Resolution: Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, minimizing project delays and risks.
  • Status Updates: Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement within your team and across departments.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-Schools (e.g., XLRI, IIMs, ISB).
  • Experience: 2–6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Comfort working with cross-functional tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
