Job Description:

The Senior AI Engineer will play a key role in the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions. This position requires hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution, Governance Support, Stakeholder Engagement
  • Implementing the strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives
  • Establishing and enforcing governance frameworks and compliance policies
  • Collaborating with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities
  • Facilitating coordination and communication across departments to ensure alignment and transparency

Technical Expertise:

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies including ML, NLP, and generative models. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous
