Enterprise AI/ML Solution Architect

Job Description:

At our organization, we're seeking an accomplished AI/ML expert to lead the design and development of advanced solutions that drive business value through enhanced safety, optimized asset utilization, and operational efficiency.

This leadership role involves developing AI strategy, mentoring junior team members, and driving solution architecture to unlock business potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML with extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models using deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
  • Implement and oversee MLOps practices including CI/CD, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage big data infrastructure and platforms such as Spark, Databricks, and Hadoop.
  • Enforce AI ethics, governance, compliance with industry standards, and explainability.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to foster skill development.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 12–15 years of AI/ML experience with demonstrable domain expertise in Oil & Gas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, with ML framework mastery.
  • Expertise in cloud ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
