We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to lead large-scale Java projects and drive high-performance results. If you have a strong background in Java technologies and a proven track record in managing distributed Agile teams, this role may be suitable for you.

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Java projects (development & support).
  • Manage Agile teams (Java, QA, DevOps) and ensure timely, secure delivery.
  • Drive client engagement, delivery KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in delivery/program management.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and service level agreements.
  • Bonus points for knowledge or hands-on experience with AI technologies.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or telecom is a plus.
