Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client relationships and ensure seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing proactive and personalized service
  • Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective issue resolution
  • Handle subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations with accuracy and efficiency

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.

Requirements
  • MBA in Finance or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations
