Enterprise Business Development Manager

Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients within the financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating the enterprise market segment, aligning with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
- Identify target accounts and prospects to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at the enterprise level.
- New Business Development:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure a smooth and timely sales contract closure process.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Proactively address customer concerns, questions, and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven track record of meeting, exceeding sales targets, preferably in the fintech domain, to large enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance challenges faced by enterprises.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
