Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to provide transformative leadership and support to the Transformation Team, ensuring a seamless and standardized work environment across the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individual transformation projects with regional or global spans of control, leveraging their analytical skills and experience in data analysis, statistics, process mapping, and problem-solving.

Furthermore, they will act as a liaison between business functions and the Transformation Team, gathering requirements and resolving issues effectively.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee the delivery of workshops and training activities, including logistics, participant management, and materials preparation.

They will also identify and deliver service improvement activities within the GBS by leveraging process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, including continuous improvement, transition, and project management, business/financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
