Transformative Business Leader

We're seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our Lean Digital Transformation initiative. As Assistant Vice President, you will drive technology-led transformation and operational excellence for large-scale global F&A businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams, with a strong background in digital transformation, process excellence, and established organizations.
Key responsibilities include aligning with operations leadership to create and deliver transformation agendas, partnering with delivery teams to identify and deliver AI projects, and collaborating with service line experts to build tangible solutions that improve SCM Planning & Fulfilment and F&A ecosystem capabilities.
You will also be responsible for thoroughly implementing transformational initiatives, achieving committed productivity, incubating new workflows, and improving quality of operations.
In this role, you will orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvements and long-term value creation. You will hold yourself and the organization accountable to deliver on client commitments.
Minimum qualifications include post-graduation from top institutes, relevant process excellence and digital transformation experience in F&A domain, previous MBB experience in digital transformation, analytics, solution design, process excellence, or process consulting, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
To succeed in this role, you must have a growth-focused techno-functional leadership style, intellectual agility and curiosity, and the ability to bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to discussions. Decisiveness and comfort in taking risks when working with ambiguity are also essential.
