Job Title: Transformation Leader - Strategic Growth

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing effective solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement sustainable solutions
  3. Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on transformation initiatives


Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving transformation and achieving business results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on transformation and business growth
  • Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with experience in applying these principles to drive business improvements
