Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to spearhead the development and execution of our digital ecosystem and martech strategy.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving the vision and roadmap for our digital presence, integrating data and technology to drive institutional goals, and championing innovation through best-in-class practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, data-driven transformation, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-priority initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and own the long-term vision and roadmap for our digital ecosystem.
  • Champion innovation by introducing best-in-class martech practices and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive website, product, performance marketing, email marketing, automation, and analytics initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as the strategic owner of institutional websites and other digital platforms.
  • Drive product enhancements with internal and vendor teams to drive seamless user experience.
  • Lead SEO and AEO efforts to drive organic traffic and brand discoverability.
  • Architect and implement enterprise-level martech solutions, including first-party data integration and secure data sharing frameworks.
  • Build intelligent automation systems for personalised communications and lead nurturing.
  • Unify data streams across platforms to create a centralised analytics engine.
  • Oversee full-funnel engagement strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in digital strategy and data-driven transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of digital experience design, data integration, marketing technology, and analytics as strategic enablers for institutional growth.
