About This Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify opportunities and translate them into functional specifications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Determine client needs and objectives through collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification to the development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Develop BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams, and Wireframes, and conduct Feasibility analysis.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Necessary Skill Set And Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services company.

Strong understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
