About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Student Success Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and engaging with prospective students in support of our partnerships with leading universities in the US. You will help students understand partner-university programs, opportunities, and offerings, guiding them through their program decision-making, applications, and enrollment journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Outreach and Engagement: Engage and inspire students, parents, and school leaders about the merits of partner universities, hold webinars, and coffee-chats on multiple campuses and locations.
  • University Marketing and Brand Representation: Offer prospective students authentic insights into partner universities, lead and represent partner universities on public forums, including panel discussions, admission fairs, and interactions at domestic colleges and schools.
  • Admission, International Financial Aid, and Visa Guidance: Advise applicants on university and program selection, guide them in preparing outstanding applications, assist students in securing financial aid, and help with visa applications.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in English, Communications, Management, Higher Education, or Psychology.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Higher Education Outreach and Marketing or Admissions, Student Counseling.
  • English as a mother tongue or full proficiency.
