Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. This includes role definition, screening, interview coordination, and smooth integration of new hires. Additionally, they will act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and assist managers with engagement and conflict resolution.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an infrastructure, construction, or project-based organization
