Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead our global demand generation strategy across diverse geographies.

  • Develop and lead the global demand generation strategy to support pipeline and revenue goals in North America, Europe, APAC, and emerging markets.
  • Closely collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing and sales objectives and drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and CRM systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine demand generation programs.
  • Optimize lead nurturing and scoring strategies for improved marketing-to-sales funnel efficiency.
Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Candidates should have 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in IT services or SaaS environments.

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing global or regional demand generation teams is required.
  • A proven track record in building and executing high-performing lead generation programs that convert to pipeline and revenue is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is necessary.
  • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, and analytics is required.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, and executive leadership are expected.
Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience working in global/multi-regional markets with diverse buyer personas and background in demand generation for complex B2B IT services sales cycles will be considered favorably.
