Job Title: Senior Executive Chef

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or convention banqueting service, with at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie. A culinary school degree is also required.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food served in our establishment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Control food costs and ensure that all financial procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or convention banqueting service.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Culinary school degree.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
