Founding Leader of Technical Innovation

As a key member of our founding team, you will lead the development and execution of our agentic AI platform.

\

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive technical innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technical vision for our agentic AI platform.\
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend infrastructure.\
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world environments.\
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).\
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.\
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.\
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.\
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.\
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.\
