  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze data and metrics to assess performance and make informed decisions.\
  • Leadership Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.\
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.\
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute fundraising ventures that support our organizational objectives.\
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage experience in ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries to drive business growth.\
  • Quality Management: Utilize strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards to maintain high-quality services.\
  • Maintenance and Improvement: Regularly review and enhance policies, ensuring alignment with company vision and promoting a positive work environment.\
  • Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.\
  • Desirable Skills: Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.\
