Senior Quality Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Director to lead our quality management efforts and drive continuous improvement across the organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's quality strategy, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards and customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement quality strategies that meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations across production, raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific regulations.
  • Manage audits (internal/external), regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10–20 years of progressive experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, process auditing, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, CAPA).
  • Experience with quality systems (QMS) and ERP platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing large teams.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
