Visionary Quality Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Leadership professional to drive our quality strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and strategies in line with industry standards.
• This role requires collaboration with various teams, including R&D, production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure quality integration throughout the product lifecycle.
• The successful candidate will have experience in leading root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and non-conformance management.
• In addition, they will implement Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• The Senior Quality Leader will also lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, ensuring proper training and development across all quality functions.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 10–20 years of progressive experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, process auditing, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, CAPA).
• Experience with quality systems (QMS) and ERP platforms.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing large teams.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
